Totally does, at least its only for ultimate cap. And really what's the point in this bulky armor look. Just makes him look really cheesy.

Dear Marvel,
It's okay to keep the original versions of your characters costumes, even if (and maybe especially because) the movie division redesigned them for film. People will still know who they're looking at. After all, this isn't DC/Warner Bros.
