Hm. Looks interesting. Is this supposed to take place after X3? If so, I think it's the first post-X3 stuff from Wolverine. Word 'round the water cooler is that the next X-Men- First Class movie will pull a Star Trek 2009 on X3 so it makes me wonder that this movie will be in some way invalidated in the not too distant future.

If you think about it, the major plot-point this movie seems to be going for is EXACTLY what 'X3' was about. I mean, to the letter.

Cure for Wolverine's mutation? This isn't anything new.

I don't think it's a coincidence either especially since Singer's regular writer is involved with this flick. Looks like the non-Singer films X3 and ORIGINS will be wiped clean.
