Apparently John Haymes-Newton voices Superman in this. His wife is Lois. Haymes-Newton played Superboy during the first season of that show.
As for Pratt, he voices Superboy on Young Justice.

I seriously dig Pratt's work with these shorts. (A) They're clearly a total labor of love for the guy and (B) they're proofs of concept for what make cool Superman action sequences. Plus, I dig the George Reeves'isms and Fleischer'isms that go into this stuff. Among fans, those tend to go a bit under-appreciated. The dive Superman does out that window? TOTALLY reminds you of George Reeves, does it not? How can you not love the serialy approach to the material? Love! It!

Just saw it, didn't had much going on as the first one but it's still worth watching! Definitly have the Fleischer style look that we don't see in animated shows anymore! Infact, why don't we have any of those kinds of shows anymore?
Hope Pratt makes more of these shorts or better yet just have the WB studios hire him to do a potential series to coincide with the release of MOS.

What's crazy is, he does it all by himself? Even if they are only 2-3 minutes each, they are still outstanding. Imagine if they gave him 3-4 more animators to work with?
If anything, they should hire him to do some little shorts in connection with MOS to put on their website. Even at his normal 2-3 minute time-frame, it will STILL be something none of the other comic book films have been doing. AND, they could even ask him to set it in different time periods, all using the MOS suit.
Man, the Bros. Warner should hire ME to run the marketing on this film....

You probably wouldn't do any worse a job than whoever does it now.Apologist Puncher wrote:What's crazy is, he does it all by himself? Even if they are only 2-3 minutes each, they are still outstanding. Imagine if they gave him 3-4 more animators to work with?

One marketing/teaser idea I read about some place else was a concept for quick ten or fifteen seconds fake cell phone videos or what have you of a blur performing quick rescues, all building up to a full length trailer or something. Basically it's the Hancock marketing thing applied to Superman. As unoriginal as it may be, it's better than anything we've gotten up to this point.

Damned by faint praise.....
