Superman needs a haircut, wouldn't threaten to "crush" Jokers skull, and the guy playing the Joker sounds more like 'Godfather' Brando than Ledger, but it's not "horrid".

Oh, and the Superman actor looks A LOT like Mickey Dolenz from 'The Monkees':
