"ChatBox" Feature

Hey Everyone,
If you direct your eyes to the bottom of the Index Page, you'll notice a new chat feature now available. I added this in case anyone wanted to connect with others without having to post messages that may not apply to already existing threads. Just click "Log In", and away you go....
