Who should play Superman? Welling vs Routh!

Ok I know my top choice is Tom Welling, and I HATED Singerman Returns.

I know people who know Brandon Routh, and know he's a very nice guy, and all that jazz but guess what? The movies he's done have all sucked, and his version of a water down Reeve Superman was horrific.

I never want to see him in another Superman movie as long as I live, and will boycott the movie if he's indeed hired for the role.

So that's how I feel about Brandon Routh, and his version of Singer...Superman.

Tom Welling is my top choice because he simply embodies the character like no actor I have ever seen since Chris Reeve.

He is this generations Superman, and after 10 seasons of playing Clark Kent on Smallville it's time the fans who stayed loyal, and love the show are rewarded with a big screen send off where we get to see our generations Superman actually take flight, and in a movie directed by Zack Snyder, and produced by Chris Nolan.

How can we go wrong if we the fans are given that trio of Nolan/Snyder/Welling? That is pure boxoffice gold folks.

I know I will see this movie 10 times in theaters myself... Anyway now you guys pick who would you like to see in the movie?

Tom Welling or Brandon Routh?

As much as I would love to see tom try the role/get the role. I still say the film would be best to have a fresh new cast. Have folks create and grow into there own characters. Lwt them make a mark on the role.

If it comes down to Welling vs Ruth it's a no brainer....Welling all the way.

The facts back him up....Ruth is the face of a failure. Welling's show has run for a decade, and has just won it's timeslot slot even after all this time!

The fact that Smallville won it's slot last week is remarkable and shows the real pulling power of this much maligned show, and it's star.

You notice how little lines Routh has in ALL of his movies, and tv shows? Wonder why? BECAUSE THE GUY CAN'T ACT his way out off a paper bag let alone on a movie set!

By the way I'm also the owner of the site "The Man from Krypton" which used to be called "Brandon Routh is not Superman" which was posted on a blog on "singermans superman sucks" if they do cast Brandon I say we join forces, and put out "Snyders Superman Sucks Just as Much as Singers Superman Sucked" lol

I have to admit I seem to be the only person other than Kevin Smith who enjoyed "Zack & Miri Make A Porno", but it shows how USELESS Ruth is as a screen presence. He stands there looking clueless whilst Justin Long (?) riffs all over the place! He's no Bud Abbott or Dean Martin, that's for sure.

That was a funny one because Smith cast him, being such a DC geek, and yet he was also someone very public and vocal about Singerman's failure.

If it was just down to them both I agree I would pick tom over routh.

Then please vote, and spread the word!!! We need to win this one.
