I've been a fan of the comic pretty much from the get-go. This is a good project for development as a movie just because all of the plot points don't revolve around continuity. If the adaptations we've had up to this point are any indication, the animated things work best when they're not adapted from heavily continuity-dependent storylines (Doomsday, A Death In The Family, The Super Girl From Krypton thing, etc). AS Superman looks awesome.
