That's Bale' s Batman. Look at the cape and cowl. Two different colors, two different pieces. In the Affleck pic, the cape and cowl are one piece. Plus, the cowl is more angular, just like on the 'TDK' suit.
Kudos on the effort, but not good enough to fool most people with an eye for detail.

Good catch. I thought it looked suspicious. However that was listed in a Detroit News outlet stating it was an official Zack Snyder release.
