Just got the word from Supermanhomepage.com that Superman is ranked as the #1 comic superhero for IGN's Top 100 Comic Book Superheroes. Shouldn't come to anybody's surprise since Supes is indeed the first comic superhero to ever been published and was dubbed as the king of all superheroes!
