Some Bald Guy Named Adam Harris Up For Lex Luthor Role?

Adam Harris IS In The Running For Lex Luthor.

Coming off the rumor yesterday reporting that Harris, we now have confirmation that he has indeed met with Snyder, and has already gone through several stages of auditioning.

Yesterday we saw the rumor that Adam Harris was supposedly being looked at to fill the role of Lex Luthor in Zack Snyder's upcoming movie 'Superman: Man of Steel', and fans seemed to have mixed reactions, some didn't buy it, some hated the idea, and others seemed to love it.

Well now we just might have some confirmation that he is indeed being looked at for the role. The folks over at YouBentMyWookie have contacted Harris' management team and they have confirmed that he is definitely being considered and has already gone through two stages of auditioning.

"After speaking with representatives for Adam Harris, we can now report the status of Adam Harris and “Superman: The Man Of Steel.”

After speaking with sources within his management team, we can tell you that Adam M. Harris has gone through not just one, but two levels of auditions for Zack Snyder’s “Superman: The Man of Steel.”

This comes after several online sources have mentioned Harris as being rumored to be up for the part in conjunction with auditions for a role that Lindsay Lohan is seeking.

Our sources at his agency could not confirm whether he had in fact attended an audition with Lindsay Lohan or if there rumors were true that she might be up for a secondary villain role."

Fans should note that just because there is talk of Luthor being in the movie that it does NOT mean that he will be the films main villain.

I'd love to see Lex in the film, maybe not as the film's front villain, but he should definitely play some role.

If these rumors are to be believed,Harris would be starring alongside Henry Cavill as Clark Kent/Superman, Kevin Costner as Johnathan Kent, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, and Diane Lane as Martha Kent.

Also, dude looks like a Grant Morrison/Liev Schrieber lovechild. Of course, Grant Morrison himself was rumored to be the model for the AS Superman version of Lex Luthor so there could be some unintentional verisimilitude going there.

This past month there has certainly been no shortage of rumors surrounding Zack Snyder's upcoming movie 'Man of Steel'. Rumors have ranged from filming in Canada, Lindsay Lohan being up for a role, Edgar Ramirez, and most recently, the relatively unknown actor Adam Harris auditioning for the role of Lex Luthor.

Now I have gotten my hands on a few more pieces of information for you guys from my source regarding the production about Lex Corp in Chicago, those Lindsay Lohan rumors, and more on Adam Harris. I've been in contact with this source for a little while now and they've yet to say/do anything that would make me think they are unreliable but regardless, take the rumors however you wish.

- Lindsay Lohan never audtioned for any role with Superman.
- Adam Harris audtioned and has two callbacks with readings with Henry Cavill and Amy Adams.
- Adam has started a physical training program for a more demanding physical Lex Luthor.
- Scripts are being held very tightly. rumored: there are two different versions floating around, there will be a lot of fight scenes toward the end.
- There will be "employee hiring" job fairs for LexCorp in Chicago in the summer.
- A major factory plant in chicago will be playing host to LexCorp industries.



So there you have it folks, if any of you guys are Chicago residents, and if these rumors are to be believed, then you might have the chance to attend a LexCorp job fair.

I could see Lana Lang possibly being in the Superman reboot since it's, well, a reboot, but I'm sure it'll have nothing to do with Smallville at all but will probably be more like the classic Lana. However, just who does this 'Adam Harris' think that he is?! Why would the studio go with him, an unknown? The part of Luthor always goes to a major actor, at least in the films anyway.
